Kantawa Paris operates exclusively on a pre-order basis. Each piece is produced on demand, with a focus on sustainability and exclusivity. This model involves longer delivery times, clearly displayed before each purchase.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are indicated at the time of ordering. Delivery times are approximate and may be extended in the event of high demand.

Secure payment

Payments are 100% secure thanks to our service providers (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We never store your bank details.

Returns & Refunds

At Kantawa Paris, each piece is the result of exacting craftsmanship. If, despite everything, you wish to make a return, here are the conditions that apply:

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal upon receipt of the package, except for custom-made products (personalized pre-orders). Products must be returned in their original condition.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.
